The government has launched an NHS Test and Trace service to manage the risk of the virus re-emerging. 

We are required to assist this service by keeping an accurate temporary record of visitors and worshippers who attend the mosque. This is if the NHS or authorities make requests  to us for the data if needed for contact tracing and the investigation of local outbreaks.

Please ensure you report your attendance to the mosque for each day you attend the mosque including selecting the prayers you attended on each day in the form below.
